Friend staff, they have non cow milk (soy milk and maybe other) alternative for only 20 baht extra, vegan friendly. For tea drinker, they have masala tea in tea bag, so not powder, can do without sugar and milk, please let staff know at cashier.

Thai people are generally polite and hospitable. More often than not, tourist and non thai are rude, and so they react to your demand or rude behaviour. Please be considerate for other travelers and your future visit and treat service personnel anywhere with respect, treat them humanely, say please and thank you, and dont ask for unreasonable things. If you have special request, ask nicely, company policy differs from country to country, dont think they have it in your country or what you are used to are the norm worldwide. Be respectful, this might be your holiday but it is their job, daily, livelihood. Your good polite behaviour can make a difference in someone's life, not just small change or money you donate at charity.

Club breakfast was ok, but the service was terrible. The lady staff taking the order was rude, gave the attitude that she wasn’t interested. Upfront declared that the food preparation was gonna take 20 minutes. Seemingly trying to discourage customers from ordering. Taking my order half way, she was distracted by another Caucasian customer “for you, we make it 10 minutes “. Wth? For the record my order came within 10 min. But why tell everyone it’s 20 min? The person behind me seemed to be just as pissed with the service. He threw his money at the counter top. I read a review on Google that said this was the coffee shop to visit — but unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth. We came here hoping for a proper café experience, but the coffee was genuinely terrible: weak, watery, and completely lacking in body or flavor. It tasted like dirty water, not remotely like a crafted cup of coffee.
