Burger King - Suvarnabhumi Airport T1 — Restaurant in Nong Prue Subdistrict Administrative Organization

I have the worse experience here as a customer.I was sitting down at the front of Burger King at this location.And waiting for my boarding .about an hour I saw group of people have one can of beer sitting and standing at the phone charged area but no one charging the phone.I saw one chair available so I went to sit and about to go order food.This Thai lady chasing me out in Thai.Said this seat reserved for customers only. I said I am a customer I am going to order my burger and this area it’s the phone charger area this people they stand around not using charger.She still insists to have me leave. I have to go next door and order food from McDonald instead.This poor customer service racist happen everywhere.even with own Thai people .Its seem they rather serve foreigners here.When They see Thai or Asian looking That employee will look at you like their own worker or less. มารยาท คนที่ทำงานที่นี่แย่มากดูถูกคนไทยด้วยกัน...

If the Google review has a zero or negative, I would not hesitant to give it to them! This Burger King outlet in the departure terminal really spoilt my good impression and enjoyable trip in Bangkok before flying home. The price is expensive. The customer service is the worst that I have encounter for my many trips in Thailand. A) My onion rings was not placed properly when I was called to collect my order. The whole packet dropped on the floor. Anyway, I took the ownership and paid to order another packet. I suggest to a staff that in future place the side order properly so that it won't dropped off easily from the tray. But he shook his head, trying to express that he didn't understand me and walk off. B) When I pointed to a staff to take back the queue token, she stretch out her hand and said 'lai', expecting me to hand it over to her, while I am eating....

There are not too many options for dining in this terminal outside of security, especially when most of the terminal is still under construction. There is a Thai place, where most people go, a subway and this Burger King. Getting fast food overseas sometimes is hit and miss depending where you are and how weird the menu is since 50% of the menu is usually infused with local cooking disciplines and styles. Both the meat and the buns are not the same. However this is one of this rare cases that I found the Whopper to be comparable to the states, juicy meat and fresh veggies. Most importantly is the flame broiled flavor. The rings and the nuggets are actually better in taste and quality.
