I had the worst experience ever with this scooter rental place. We agreed that I would rent 5 scooters starting at noon and return them the next evening, and they assured me I would only be charged for 24 hours. However, when I came back, they suddenly demanded I pay for an extra day, threatening to keep all my cash deposits if I didn’t comply. This is nothing but a scam!

The scooters themselves were in terrible condition. One of the helmets they provided was practically falling apart, and the brakes on one of the scooters completely failed while we were riding. It was so dangerous, and when I called them for help, they didn’t answer at all! We had to push the scooter back ourselves, which was both exhausting and unsafe.

To top it off, the person at the front desk speaks very poor English and was extremely rude and threatening when I tried to explain the situation. I felt completely intimidated and cheated. Avoid this place at all costs—they are unprofessional, unsafe,...

We rent 2 motorcycles for 24h to explore Phuket and became a nightmare. The bikes were the worse of the worst, olds and even dangerous… The breaks were really bad and one of the bikes start to loose smoke and we need to stop several times because the “motor” was really hot and asking for change of oil. We spent 1h30 on the mecanic to fix it but there was no solution and he even said that would be dangerous to ride the bike like that… so we cancelled all plans on the afternoon scared that something could happen… When we arrived to deliver the bike the owner, a really rude woman, acted naturally like nothing happened. After all she made us pay the fuel (one bottle), was really cheap but the rude attitude ruin even more the experience… In conclusion DON’T RENT...

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR LAUNDRY. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Agreed to get washing at 7am and it only got given half washing back, half was soaking wet. We had to go in and find our washing ourselves- half of my washing was not even mine, was given kids underwear which was clearly not mine. They then would not give any refund (£5) for the wet washing and claimed we came too early even though we agreed on the time. WORST...
