CQK Hotpot 磁器口火锅(Phuket Branch普吉店） — Restaurant in Patong

This hotpot restaurant, where you can cook any ingredients in a flavorful broth, was a delightful experience. It was our first time trying hotpot, and we were pleasantly surprised by the interactive nature of the dining experience. The restaurant itself, while not very large, was bright and clean, decorated in a traditional Chinese style.

Food:

The menu featured a variety of broths, with a maximum of three different types allowed per hotpot. We opted for milder options – pumpkin, tomato, and pork. The tomato broth stood out as our favorite, with its rich, vibrant flavor and a subtle hint of acidity. Next came the exciting selection of ingredients to add to the soup. The choices were truly extensive, ranging from meats and seafood to vegetables and dumplings, with both large and small portions available. We sampled Japanese Wagyu beef, lamb, shrimp, fish, a variety of vegetables, noodles, and pork brain. All the ingredients were fresh and sliced thin, ensuring quick cooking times – just a couple of minutes for most. I especially enjoyed the Wagyu beef, which was incredibly rich and tender, and the lamb, which delivered a robust, authentic lamb flavor. We relished the opportunity to experiment with different broths, comparing the unique tastes they imparted to the ingredients. Among the vegetables, lotus root was a standout, offering an unusual, refreshing flavor.

Service:

The service was excellent. Our servers patiently guided us through the ordering process, helping us choose broths and ingredients. They also skillfully mixed several delicious sauces for us. They were always attentive, readily available to assist with any requests, and promptly cleared away dirty dishes.

Conclusion:

We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at this restaurant. Having never tried hotpot before, we were captivated by the unique dining experience and the fresh, flavorful food. The vast selection of ingredients ensured there was something for everyone. Prices were reasonable for Phuket, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend...

This is the best hotpot in the city! Amazing variety of food, carnivore, vegan, paleo alike!

The meat, wagyu, lamb, beef, pork vegetables all super fresh Great for intimate dinner or families, large groups and convenient location and parking across restaurant.

Very clean and brand new! Great ventilation and set up!

The staff provides white glove service, with bringing dishes, clearing garbage, empty trays from table, refilling soup for hot pot and very quick!

The egg waffles w custard and tea from next door is also "egg-cellent!" Which is also conveniently offered from a small tea shop on the street And super cute packaging like cola cans!

🅲🆀🅺 This place is a heaven for 𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨!! & luckily they are 𝗣𝗲𝘁-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 , your furry friends can sit inside with you!! (air-con room ☺️) I'm very happy hehehe !!

👉The staff : Very 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘧𝘶𝘭 😉 greeted me with warmth and helped with my cat's bag 🎒 The service here is excellent; whenever I need something, attentive staff are ready to assist!
