Fire Steakhouse & Grill — Restaurant in Patong

I went to eat dinner with my girlfriend. I ordered tomahawk stake. I clearly told the waiter to have medium rare. When I went to see the kitchen I saw a very unhygienic guy (a guy without chef jacket) took out the steak from the container where it was shocked in something like drain water. It looks disgusting. And I came to ask the waiter, “is the steak not fresh? Is it marinated?” The waiter is confused. In the mean time the steak came to my table. I cut a bit and it looks like that steak was there for more than 10 days. It was gray inside. And smelly. So I told the waiter I don’t want to have this I am asking for fresh with red meat. But the manager said this is how it’s here. And I saw that unhygienic guy was upset and stabbing the stake knife in the wooden plate. He looked so angry. The manager offered me another fresh stake. But that fresh stake look grey already. And I did not like how that guy reacted badly When the customer is not happy with the food. I paid 965 bhat without eating any bite. Personally the quality was so poor. The staffs did not understand us at all. Chefs are unhygienic. Kitchen are poorly kept. I would rather die with hunger than eat in...

If I could rate it any lower I would! Absolutely terrible food and the service just to match! The "loaded" fries with the most rubbery chicken and drenched in a vile ranch sauce! The wings that tasted so bad they seemed to just be fried frozen packet ones coated in Buffalo sauce! Now onto the steak which didnt even taste like beef! Tasted like lamb and was so rubbery and chewy, my wife didnt even finish her steak thats how bad it was! The manager came over and discussed it with me, offered to discount the food then wandered off and didnt return, then came back again and asked what he can do for me? Then offered a 15% discount, the loaded fries were more than half left and all my wifes steak on her plate with 2 bites taken out! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! IT IS HONESTLY SOME OF THE WORST FOOD I...

We had to send the chicken back twice as it came out with blood still and normally I would expect a new bit of chicken, but no they just reheated the same chicken... Meaning the sides you have to order separately were dry and cold.

Their choice steak was very nice, but they had not trimmed the fat off, meaning about 30% of the steak was fat....

The setup is really nice, but let down by the communication and the food... This was not a cheap meal..

Note I saw the owner, who never came over to me, he just went to the staff when we had to send the meal back... Poor show as any manager should have come over to resolve the situation.

Finally straw was that they tried to over charge me, plus they want to charge you 3% for using a card.
