Domicil 3 — Restaurant in Pattaya City

This is a German resturant serving typical German - Austrian food. But if you are tempted to give this restaurant a try after seeing it on the internet you will be very dissapointed. On the internet the staff are dressed in traditional German costumes in a good sized resturant with large wooden furniture with checked table clothes. The reality now is it is a single unit, basically the old resturant has been cut in half & thats excatly what it looks like, this used to be a double unit. We went on a Thursday because it was     "Chicken night" & so did other people who  turned up for the chicken night too only to be told we dont do that anymore . The walls are decorated in bright orange, it all seemed a bit dirty & uninviting. We stayed as we had all been before & liked the food so we  thought we would still give it a go. The food is still tasty & the staff were friendly enough but the surroundings are no longer inviting. Maybe a new paint job would brighten the place up a bit. I would go again but to just eat and go, its not a place i would go out with friends for a night...

I recently placed an order for food delivery through Grab, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant, unexpectedly canceled one of the main courses, which was the centerpiece of my meal. Thankfully, I received a notification about the deduction, but my order was left incomplete, rendering the side dishes useless on their own.

There was no communication from the restaurant regarding this issue—no call, no explanation—just the removal of the main course from my order. I had to take the initiative to call them myself, only to be informed that the dish was unavailable. When I requested to cancel the order, the staff simply agreed without offering any alternative or apology. The lack of concern and poor service was appalling.

To the restaurant owner: If you don’t train your staff to handle situations like this properly, it will inevitably affect your business. Based on this experience, I will never order from this...

Amazing quality at plain price, offering precious genuine Central European taste in Southeast Asia, which reminds me the years I stayed in Bavaria and Berlin. Getting known of the Austrian dumplings for the first time as well, I think I am loving it. Staff are all friendly and helpful, they can recognize me and send their regards in following several days, when I cross the street.

The amount of meal is all at traditional level without any shrink, yet much lower price, great value absolutely. The only sad thing is that I am not young anymore, cannot finish a Schweinshaxen on my own. Cheers for...
