INDIAN CHIMNEY — Restaurant in Pattaya City

We went to chimney for dinner based on Google rating, but very disappointed, not recommend it at all.The decoration of restaurant is ok, not too good but bright and simple, big table. We started with mongo lassie and one set of snacks. Plan to order more later. Then we were talking and eating, honestly I didn't like the taste, it's nothing like restaurant cook. While we discussing to order more or not, the waiter already brought us the bill, he may think we ordered too less and wanted us to leave quickly. That helped us to decide to leave right away. When we paying the bill at counter, we told the casher of waiter's wrong behavior, he was just saying ok ok..., that's it. Just want to say this should be the last choice for you, if you can find anything in Pattaya,...

I actually ate here 3 times. The first 2 times were good, but on the third visit they padded my bill and tried to charge me for items I didn't order and they never served. When I addressed the issue at first they doubled down before they finally removed the false charges.

Also not sure how this place has (97) 5-star reviews when it has only been open for less than 2 weeks and is completely empty every time I walk by. Is it possible those other reviews are fake?

Pattaya already has 100 other Indian restaurants, not sure why we need another one, especially one that scams...
