We had 3 rooms pre-paid for about one week for our business conference, as we were confident having checked reviews and this place ranked well, even for cleanliness. ||||Check-in was interesting. After about 15 long minutes of paperwork, we asked ‘can we go to our rooms yet? The receptionist soon started to hold up these A4 foolscap scruffy laminate sign boards.. the first card said 'No Durian', and I think we were expected to accept each card. We began to smirk at each other as the second card was held up that said ’Slippers 30 Baht …we started to giggle a bit at the picture of the clearly used grayish slippers. The third card came up ‘Water 30 Baht as she explained we have to pay this if we drink the water apparently in the rooms. We were handed little yellow tickets for one day internet, and were told we had to come get new tickets every day.||||Off to the rooms and the Hairy bit started as we noticed the hallways were not cleanly swept. We opened our rooms and crosschecked. Two out of the three rooms had a number of hairs and dust on the floors. See the photos they speak for themselves. I quickly checked the beds, and they looked clean so that was a relief, but hard So hard mattresses, no pillow protectors under the pillowslips. My colleague in the first room was horrified at the dirty shelves and started to talk about checking out already. I made the hotel choice and the booking so tried to remain positive suggesting we head to the pool that looked nice. We had a nice swim and ordered food.. Thai food on special offer that was really quite nice!||||On the way back in we took the stairs and discovered Hair and dust everywhere… one big dust-ball particularly, you can check the photo.||||I asked for an extra pillow as I like mine tall and firm. I was eventually charged for that extra pillow!||||In the first night we were woken frequently. The rooms doors are only hollow waffle and sound travels right through them. There is a hallway phone right outside our room 1, and close to my room 2. The ringing volume must have been on maximum as it shrilled out regularly throughout the evening and then early morning. I regularly put it off the hook and they regularly hung it back up and kept ringing it. Our room 1 guy was the first to check out after that one night, but I tried to hold in there. ||||The breakfast was a sight to behold. First place for the most horrible spread I have ever seen… and it tasted worse than it looked. Prison food must be better. Everything was horrible so where can I start, the hard stale bread…. Oh I will just leave it at that. Only I might add the whole floor around the buffet and restaurant was Hair. I cannot believe the nice Thai food we had the day before had come from the same kitchen.||||The hotel rooms all look into each other across the pool. You can see everyone and they can see you. There are no curtain nets to counter this… only thick drapes meaning the options are complete darkness, or be watched by the rest of the hotel guests.||||The most irritating thing about this place was the internet. The stupid little yellow tickets that we needed to continually log in with. Every time we needed access we had to fiddle around with these things… not only once a day but every time. ||Around midnight in the second night I took and emergency phone call and I needed to get on-line quickly. All my little yellow tickets seem to have been used so I called downstairs and asked for some more. The person on reception bluntly said ‘Come down and get them’. That is the first time in decades of traveling that a hotel has told me to ‘do it yourself’. I insisted room service bring me some, but I was refused in no uncertain terms - Very Rudely. I warned that if I must come down I will be very upset and shouting. Nonetheless I was again I had to do it, as they would not.||||I met a defiant Mr Thammarat who was clearly as ready for a fight as he was on the phone earlier. I noticed two other people behind reception so 3 in total. So it was not like one was unable to leave reception for a minute to bring the yellow ticket. I yelled about the fact they made me come down, I yelled about the Hair, I yelled about the breakfast and about what a terrible hotel it was. ||||We left in the morning without mention. The lift had broken down…. Oh get me...
Read moreWe had 3 rooms. Room 407 had no table and the twin single bed middle light had no cover exposing the light bulb (see pic) … the least the hotel could do was to replace the light fixture. Room 409 same like 407 but had a small table and light fixture had no exposed bulb. Room 411 was the best with a solid hard king size bed which some reviewers report as too hard but was okay for my back. It also has a much larger tv about 36 inch.
These rooms are in building B. Which requires guest to go to the pool area and change to a 2nd lift to this building. Also these rooms faces the back alley, the even number rooms like B-410, B-412 … B-420, etc has a small room because of a small balcony facing the hotel pool.
Breakfast is basic, comes with cereal, sliced wholemeal or white bread and mini croissants. Fried rice, day 2 had spaghetti for the westerners, day 3, 4, 5 had alternatives to suit the group bookings based on the demographic of the hotel guests. Daily there is either french toasts or pancakes, 2 types of cut fruits, ready made omelette, sunny fried eggs or cooked through eggs or hardboil eggs. Porridge is available everyday with either chicken, fish or plain. This is good. Rice porridge can’t go wrong as long it is hot. Day 2 porridge was just warm, I suppose it was getting late. Breakfast is from 6 AM to 9:30 AM.
Hotel entrance is opposite the Pattaya Central side entrance. Just 35 meters away.
If the price is right, it could be an okay hotel to stay. The main thing it is relatively clean, safe, close proximity to eateries, Pattaya Beach and Pattaya Central Mall by Festive.

Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a stale and musty smell that permeated throughout the entire hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly, and it was clear that they were not interested in providing any sort of customer service.
The room itself was dingy and outdated, with peeling wallpaper, stained carpet, and dirty linens. The bed was uncomfortable, and I woke up with a stiff neck and back every morning. The bathroom was equally unpleasant, with mold and mildew growing in the corners, and a shower that barely worked.
To make matters worse, the hotel amenities were non-existent. The pool was closed for maintenance, the gym equipment was broken, and the restaurant was closed for renovation. The only thing that seemed to be functioning was the vending machine in the lobby.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and non-existent amenities make this hotel an absolute...
