I arrived without a booking having seen rooms available on another site. I just wanted to view the room,make sure it did not smell of fags and urine. ||||I was told at the desk that they were full and had no rooms available so I showed them the 5 rooms available on the website and they said if book and pay they would have a room available. I then asked if I could see the room before I pay and they said no. I booked on my laptop at a table in the restaurant. The price mentioned on their website do not correspond on the prices on the menu at the restaurant. The meat received for a fondue Chinoise was 6 pieces of low-quality product, we were charged for the salad buffet8normally free). The staff was particularly disrespectful when confronted to the issues. The owner was absent but was reach by Telefon, either his staff didn't follow his instructions, or he deliberately give his staff instruction to serve us badly. Too bad, I am a client of Chalet Suisse for over 15 years - not a regular as I don't leave in Pattaya but a frequent visitor. last but not the least, my wife of 6 years was looked and treated as a cheap bar girl by the staff....
