A tough one to explain with just pictures (even moving pictures!) 😆 this was quite the experience! A super high-energy, Southeast Asian (with a strong South influence 🇲🇾 🇮🇳)feast extravaganza with the energy level of a Japanese hole-in-the wall where you go in and the chef goes "IRASHAI, IRASHAI IRASHAIII!!!" then the team goes "OOOUUUUSU!!!" 🤩🌋Pots and plan a clanking, music blaring, lights flashing, wind chimes chiming...charismatic Chef Bank and his fiancé and team coming out with grills and clay pots of multi-our/day smoked, flavorful foods. I've never been a big fan of biriyani, but paired with God knows how many Thai-Chinese and Malaysian-Indian smokey and melty surf to turf goodness with plenty of sambal and other spices and you get this winning combination. A must-try for private party/ client events. It's lots of fun and I was stone-cold sober, (even though the menu included booze here and there) and there wasnt even cake or ice cream. Food aside, as a business, this place was operational genius level efficient and, dare I say, low carbon (even with all the smoking). Amazing Asian style BBQ. My boyfriend and I went for my boyfriend’s birthday. Chef Bank gave us a free bottle of Chardonnay which we appreciated. His wife was friendly and accommodating to my special request for birthday dessert. The restaurant is cozy and the experience felt very private which we loved. Their Thai seafood sauce with smoked chili was so good. We went with surprise set menu which consists of 6 dishes. The first 3 dishes were satays and they taste amazing and authentic. The third satay came with soup in a clay pot which was so rich and delicious. The main course was grilled grouper and goat biryani with Asian style coleslaw. Everything was amazing. We ate definitely coming back with friends to taste...

I was there in May 2023 to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday.. and my goodness.. this place was the highlight of our entire BKK trip.. the food was so good, u'd be tempted to bring it back to your home country n franchise it... I honestly couldn't believe how good the entire experience was, which included Chef Beng's introduction and presentation of each dish served. 5/5 rating.. it's definitely gonna be a Michelin Star Restaurant within the next few years. Definitely worth the travel time...
