Brazilian blowout : An upset client yesterday reviewed yesterday after receiving a perm. The customer was dissatisfied with the perm and the correction. The owner replied that her case was an exception. I disagree. I too had a very poor experience at this salon. After taking nearly 30 min to explain to the staff that my fine wavy: curly and HEALTHY hair needed to be processed minimally : flat ironed on a lower heat and not pulling the hair repeatedly through the iron. They did both. The end result : curly at the roots where they did not apply the iron enough to the new growth there and fried and dry throughout the length of my hair as well as limp and no body whatsoever. The staff there 1000 to silence my dissatisfied self. I wouldn’t be silenced and called and texted the owner. I wanted a refund as the staff was unprofessional and not competent and did not listen to my careful instructions. The owner refused a refund and told me to come in to have it redone. Now why would I redo my over processed hair?? Why would I put my head into their hands again?! I did not. Instead I had to spend a lot of my own money on Olaplex to try to repair the damage ! I meant to review this weeks ago but came down with Covid. So here...

Newest update: (Check the picture) The whole extension piece just fell off after 1 day without doing any heavy duty. Was just holding my handbag. I wish i do not need to leave any stars to write review. Now i have to find somewhere else to fix my nail. Thanks for wasting time and money for it.

The nail technician is patient but i dont know how she didn't realize one of my nails is with extension, she used all her force to remove it even it is obvious an extension piece...of course half of my nail is broken and painful She fixed with extension but still... the pain is still here.

Overall very detailed manicure and pedicure but i hope she really worked on her skills and be careful .

Update after owner replies: as owner explained she did understand i wanted to remove the extension. But she did not use the right technique so that my actual nail was damaged , basically half of the nail was broken and nail bed was damaged as well. Additional picture is added to...

I normally get my hair done back home in the US, but thought I’d give BK a try… I wanted a smaller shop that didn’t feel like a factory, had a local feel to it but used international products, and spoke English well enough for me to communicate what I wanted. Cheers to this place! They did such a great job and I got a style even better than what I expected. Plus they were very polite and accommodating to my difficult schedule. They seemed to have a foreigner client base too. It’s a simple shop, not glitzy or glamorous, so if you don’t like a local feel environment, then this isn’t for you But the price was very fair for the quality of the service provided, plus it was faster than usual bc the stylists who weren’t busy all came to help, at some point there were four pairs of hands working on my head :) thank...
