After driving past Aunt Jaew's Kitchen on my way to and from True Arena for a couple of years, I finally decided to try this restaurant.
As other reviewers have noted, the food is normal, Central Thai food and the portions size, quality and price are pretty good. If you are a Farang who likes to eat Thai food with the Thai native level of spice, make sure you tell the waiter ahead of time or you might get the Farang version of Thai food. I ordered the Moo Pad Prik Gaeng on Rice, the Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables with Cashews and added dried chili peppers as well as Fried Pork Belly with Herbs. I remembered to take photos!
The service is friendly and with a little cheeky banter if you can speak Thai. It's still friendly even if you can't speak Thai. The menu is in Thai and English.
It's an open air restaurant with Thai music playing in the background. It's a casual atmosphere and comfortable enough.
There are a few parking spots across the street, but I think during high traffic times, parking would be hard to find. I visited around 5:00 PM, so it was uncrowded.
For normal Thai food, this is a good restaurant - I will return to try...

The restaurant can get busy, so service may sometimes be slower during peak hours, but most find the food well...
Read moreThe menu is in Thai, so we needed help to order our food. We ordered four dishes. My top pick is the fried glass noodle with prawn and acacia. I've tried many variations, but this one's unique flavor stands out.
The second-best dish is the sour and spicy soup with fresh prawn and acacia omelette. The fried chicken wing is decent but not outstanding. The fried pork belly with garlic and chili is just average because the pork skin isn't crispy, it's rather hard.
Overall, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I'd return to explore other menu items. I always appreciate authentic Thai food that's...
