My experience came our a bit disappointed.
I arrived around 8.00 on a saturday and.noticed i would be the last costumer to arrive that evening. Rrsraurant was half full. I kept the coaster on green qhich means bring on the meats. Normally there should be a constant flow coming around yiur table. The first meat arrived about 10 minutes after i got my glass of wine. Only once did.they came around with chicken wings and sausage. All other meat the.came.around twice. Around 9.00 all other tables were finished eating, aome people still sat around drinking and chatting. For the next half hour that i sat there the waitress asked me twice if i was finished, which they shouldnt ask if my coaster is still turned green, meaning i want more meat. During that half hour they came with 1 more meat. Then came and took the coaster and asked me what dessert i wanted. On such a buffet that should never happen. I waited untill the weekend to go there to make sure there were enough people and you can get all the meats. The lamb leg was.way overcooked also the pork belly the.first time was perfect but about 40 min later when they came back around was almost burned. The quality of meats.was very good and the staff was very friendly. On the.upside there was a 35% discount and that helped since the experience was not that great. The salad bar was good but way to small, no cold cuts, no smoked salmon, no cheeses, no bread and very limited vegetables which in Brazilian buffet is a...
Read moreSEPTEMBER 2021: Super pleased with this surprise choice. We had planned to go to a restaurant in the area, but when we drove that place by we decided not to go. We happened to see Big Bull Steakhouse and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. We had the pork tomahawk steak and the buffet. The tomahawk was a perfect temperature so it was juicy and delicious. Came with a choice of potato and I was happy I chose the baked. Great option if you don't want to eat a ton. The real killer is the buffet. All the meat and salad bar you can eat for THB ฿ุ600 on special (which might be the long term price but it's promoted as 50% discount). Usually the meat at a buffet is not very good. I would say this place had meat that was quite good, especially for the price. It wasn't the best steak I'd ever eaten, but it was wonderful. Very enjoyable that they come to the table to carve the meat for you. There were several kinds of steak. Ham. Pork sausage. Chicken. And my favorite was the leg of lamb (Yum!). In addition grilled pineapple. The salad bar that was just OK. Lastly there was an included small desert. The chocolate ice cream was great but the caramel custard was so smooth creamy and delicious I still remember the flavor several days later. I definitely like this place and recommend the buffet as probably the best option,...
Read more“Disappointing Family Dining Experience - Needs Improvement”
We visited Big Bull Steakhouse with high expectations due to its positive Google ratings, but unfortunately, it did not meet those expectations. While the younger staff were polite and friendly, the woman who appeared to be in her 40s and seemed to be the owner came across as unapproachable and somewhat cold, which affected the overall dining atmosphere.
One major issue was their lack of flexibility for families. Our group included a 7-year-old girl and two 4-year-old boys, but there was no kids’ menu available, and we were required to order full adult meals for the children. This felt unreasonable, as young kids cannot eat the same portion sizes as adults, making it unnecessarily expensive for families with children.
Although the food itself was decent, the overall experience was disappointing due to the rigid policies and lack of warmth in customer service. With some adjustments to their policies and more customer-focused service, this restaurant could become a much better option for families. For now, I would hesitate to recommend it, especially to those dining...
