La Villa (italian restaurant) — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

I visited this place during first day of the Songkran celebration, so I guess it not busy like this in the street outside everyday. The resturant it self looks like a quiet and cozy place. The menu had both Thai and English writing, so this is good if you don't read or talk Thai. Not to many dishes in the menu, and that's a good thing! After you placed you're orders, they will serve you a plate with some sliced with toasted bread, and Italian flavored tomato.

The food tasted just the same as I tasted when I was in Italy! I would recommend you to go here and try it, if you want something else than thaifood for dinner in you're vacation!

If you're looking for authentic Italian tasting pizza this probably isn't for you. The pizza dough is bland and crunchy (biscuity) like a supermarket pizza, the tomato paste and toppings were average. It would have been forgivable 10 years ago when it was difficult to get good flour and ingredients in Thailand but not these days where is competitors are Italian owned and using clay, stone or wood fired ovens r that amazing fresh taste. Beautiful restaurant, and atmosphere! A slice of Italy in Hua hin!. It is one of the best Italian restaurants in hua hin, Friendly and professional staff,always smiling!
