Cake was amazing, but not cheap, which is not a problem, they look beautiful. Lovely shop, looks very beautiful. My only complaint is the service, especially how they handle problems.

I ordered cake take away, paid at the counter, went upstairs to finish the food (different bill), when we were about to leave, I came downstairs to get my cake. They told me somebody else has already taken it. I informed them I am the one who ordered and paid for my cake, and perhaps someone who took it was mistaken. They offer no solution, only repeating themselves that "someone already took it" I kept explaining myself. They were acting non-chalant, not offering any solution. I had to raise my voice and say that well, I'm simple not leaving without my cake that I paid for 650+ baht. Now all the staff is rushing to me telling me to "calm down". I had to stand my ground and say "I paid, I'm not leaving empty handed, I paid so I had to have what I paid for" causing a scene. After they reluctantly gave me my ordered cake. I had to remind them "I understand mistakes happen, I'm not mad because there's a mistake, but I should not have to leave empty handed"

Basically, I feel like if I hadn't cause a scene, they were expecting me to accept their mistake (handing my order to another customer) so they don't need to give their cakes away.... Their handling/service was frustrating. With attitude like this, I won't...

It has beautiful and interesting looking cakes. It taste ok but not fantastic. The Meringue cake suppose be the best seller. To me, it's just ok. They seem to have sea coconut inside the cake. The blue lemon taste very blue berry jam. More jam then berry. Not sure what the lemon does as it's a thick piece of lemon that will be left uneaten.

Americano a bit blend, perhaps becos I had a very good coffee yesterday at rolling toasters, also a very good croissant at Bijoux (both 5 stars and I would recommend), and the pricing definitely are more competitive. My friend tasted my coffee and frowned with a very bad comment. I tried his latte n didn't frowned with no comment. He left all the milk n coffee cubes in his coffee while I left half of my coffee undrunk.

The music at pink rabbit bob may appeal to pub going people. A bit loud and too hype for old school cafe lovers like me who prefer slow n light cafe music.

But still, you can have a visit and you may find a good pastry or the vibe that you like. To be fair, I have only tried 2 of their wide selection of cakes and it may not be entirely representative of the quality.
