Mozza by Cocotte at Central Park — Restaurant in Si Lom Subdistrict

Don`t bully customer !! The staff (Maybe Store Manger) of the restaurant treated customers unfairly. While new store opening with high traffic, everyone was waiting in queue, he forcefully let somebody cut the queue and be seated first. If a restaurant can't let customers enter by queuing up fairly, it should at least explain the situation to others. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, he replied aggressively, "If you don't want to follow my rules, get out." His attitude was extremely overbearing and confrontational.

I still believe, whatever the ”somebody“ here is friends/relatives/partners/co-founders, even Anuthin、Macron, everyone should follow the rules. If you want have some special treatment on somebody, it should reserve the entire restaurant. Even though, shouldn`t say "get out" to any customers when they queuing up...As a hospitality industry main player in Thailand, i never had such an experience in other branches, honestly speaking, its ridiculous.

If anyone are curious on what is happened, its convenient to check the CCTV on the main gate of Mozza by Cocotte at Central Park, the time should around 13:10-13:20, 7th Sep 2025. If its match the company culture of MFA, then i STFU.

The menu is clearly marked with which items contain pork vs halal. The service is great! They are welcoming, attentive and polite. We were seated quickly, the food came out in a timely manner, and the team works well together to meet any of our needs. Overall, we were very impressed with the service, the food quality and taste, and the ambience of the restaurant.

Starter bread was nice and complimentary. It had crispy edges and a soft center. There were two butter options, one was a bit spicy but both tasted nice. They were almost frozen so very difficult to spread. The balsamic and olive oil were also nice. Lamb shank on risotto. Risotto was a bit salty. Lamb very tender.
