⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4.0/5)
Napha offers a refined take on Thai cuisine in the heart of Central Park Mall, with thoughtful presentation and elegant décor. While the experience is memorable, a few details could be refined to better match its premium positioning.
⸻
👨🍳 Service: 3.5/5 Staff were generally polite and welcoming, though the flow of service felt a bit uneven at times. • I was asked to order drinks before finishing with the menu, which felt slightly rushed. • Another nearby table was overlooked, and the mix-up created a small delay. • When I requested tissues, the response could have been more accommodating.
Overall, the staff’s friendliness is there, but a touch more attentiveness and consistency would make the service shine.
⸻
🍲 Food Quality & Taste: 3.5/5 The dishes were beautifully plated and carried authentic flavors: • Nam Prik Noom with Sai Ua was fun, flavorful, and paired nicely with fresh vegetables. • The red curry had a fragrant, creamy base; however, the pork was tougher and of lower quality than expected given the premium price point. • Khanom Jeen with curry offered a nostalgic, balanced profile with soft noodles and fresh sides.
The flavors are solid, but improving protein tenderness and sourcing higher-quality cuts would bring the dishes in line with the restaurant’s upscale reputation.
⸻
💰 Worth the Price? 3.5/5 Prices are on the higher side for mall dining, and while the presentation and flavors justify part of that, ingredient quality and consistency could be elevated to truly match the cost.
⸻
🌿 Atmosphere & Design: 3.5/5 The décor is elegant with warm tones and greenery, creating a modern Thai charm. However, the dining room was warmer than comfortable, with limited air circulation and lighting that added to the heat. Seating is also a bit compact, which may feel crowded during busy hours. Small adjustments in temperature control and spacing would go a long way.
⸻
📌 Overall Napha is a polished Thai dining spot that delivers refined flavors and a sophisticated environment. With a few improvements in service flow, ingredient quality, and climate comfort, it has the potential to fully live up to its premium pricing and become a top dining destination in the mall.

Read moreI have been to this restaurant in Emsphere mall branch and I love it so when they open this new branch at the new Central, I came to try. The food quality is great, same as the first branch. They do have some new dishes which were all very good. What surprises me was the decoration was totally different, which made me feel like they did put a lot of effort into not making it boring and try to differentiate themselves from the other one, almost like going to a new restaurant but with the same quality of food and service standard. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good...
Read moreVery nice atmosphere with lovely lighting and decor. Staff are lovely and friendly. Prices on menu misled me, i didnt see the fine print that the service tax and vat are added at the end. Staff stood over me waiting for me to order, this is annoying but common. I thought the drinks were expensive so i only got a main. I was offerred an incentive (free drink) to do a review, before i ate - i didn't take it, i thought i would do ann unpressured one after i left. The pad kapao was salty and spicy, tempered by Stuart to reduce it, so mine treated sweet. A nice, but...
