KOUBAI Ginza Shabu Shabu — Restaurant in Si Lom Subdistrict

Was at Dusit Central for hamburger but queue was too long hence tried this instead. Ordered Aka-ushi Hitsumabushi set lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Good quality cut with beef melt in the mouth but they added small chunks of beef which didn’t blend very well with the cut. It’s pricey but good quality. I would come back if I want to splurge for good beef

Dusit Central Park 5階の KOUBAI Ginza Shabu Shabu 甲梅 銀座しゃぶしゃぶ で、あか牛のすき煮をいただきました。

一口食べた瞬間に感動！旨味がぎゅっと詰まったあか牛はとろけるように柔らかく、割下の甘辛い味付けとの相性も抜群でした。卵に絡めて食べるとさらにまろやかになり、ご飯が止まらない美味しさです。 ご飯もブレンド米と書いてありましたがすごくおいしかったです！おかわりしちゃいました！

店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、サービスも丁寧。特別な食事にも普段のご褒美にもぴったりなお店だと思います。

本当に美味しく大満足でした。また必ず食べに来たいです！

Visited KOUBAI Ginza Shabu Shabu 甲梅 銀座しゃぶしゃぶ on the 5th floor of Dusit Central Park.

I tried the Aka-ushi Suki-Ni (simmered beef hotpot) and it was absolutely amazing! The Aka-ushi beef was tender and melted in my mouth, packed with rich flavor. The sweet-savory broth paired perfectly with the meat, and dipping it in raw egg made it even more silky and delicious. It was simply irresistible with rice.

The restaurant has a calm and elegant atmosphere, and the service was excellent. Perfect for both special occasions and a well-deserved treat.

Truly delicious and satisfying—I’ll definitely be coming back!

สั่งเมนู สุกินิเนื้อ Aka-ushi มาลอง รสชาติอร่อยเกินคำบรรยาย! เนื้ออากะอุชิ นุ่มละลายในปาก รสหวานเค็มของน้ำซุปเข้ากันได้อย่างลงตัว พอจุ่มกับไข่สดแล้วยิ่งละมุน กินกับข้าวสวยแล้วหยุดไม่ได้เลยจริง ๆ
