To answer the question - this was an entirely different order on an entirely different day.
Update (Please take note of the response from Soho - two days later I reordered and the mistakes amplified). — This time I made special notes to try and assist the staff in fulfilling very simple orders. I REMINDED them that the fries I ordered were buy one get one free and that the last time I did not receive that order (this time, again, I received only one SORRY order of fries - see - I included the cup of Mayo so you can get a feel for the size of the wet soggy fries) pic). Furthermore, per the option provided, I requested additional condiments (Blue Cheese or Ranch with the option for them to CALL ME if not available) a you guessed it! No call and no condiments. It gets better - I called Soho directly and selected the option for English - NUMBER INOPERABLE 😂😂😂
This is total incompetence and my entire condominium has agreed to no longer order from Soho. In addition I will be visiting tomorrow and demanding a refund of the massive bill of 1014 Baht! I work hard for my money. Furthermore, the pizza was atrocious tonight and the sauce on the GOAT was pure ketchup. I will be filing very serious complaints against the management and the staff via the owners and corporate offices.
The chicken wings are inedible and the salad which I oaid close to $7 US Dollars for has wilted lettuce. Disgusting.
Terrible experience. An absolute atrocity of a service.

Just another typical Thai-business inability to follow simple instructions and fulfill accurate orders. As usual, I ordered via Food Panda and TWO buy-one-get-one orders were unfulfilled.
These oversights are common here (and everywhere in Thailand really), but this time it ruined a small dinner party.
Coincidentally, someone in the party is administratively connected to Soho Pizza and she has decided to elevate this particular complaint. There are too many people in Bangkok that need jobs and who are also quite capable of simple quality assurance that current Soho staff consistently prove they cannot - time to hire new personnel.

Read moreI was a customer at Soho Pizza purchasing a pizza and curly fries on 18 March 2023 at 18.42 p.m. The staff named Khun Tong (คุณต้อง) showed a rude behavior.
Since my calling pager probably had a problem that kept me waiting longer than usual, I went up to the kiosk to ask for my order after 15 mins++.
Although the order taker politely informed me that the food was ready at the counter, Khun Tong who was working near the counter made finger knocks 4-5 times on my boxes without any speaking. She wanted to let her gesture tell me that those boxes were mine instead of politely calling or proper body language.
(If you can't imagine how she knocked the boxes, you can just think of when you knock a dog's bowl to call them for feed.)
I took the boxes to my table and backed to the counter again to pick up utensils and napkins, so I had a chance to let Khun Tong knew about how I perceived her behavior as a rudeness.
Although she gave me an apology, I still consider to raise this issue in this review. So that, someone who may involved can pay more attention to these little things such as staff's attitude and body language to make the restaurant be more...
Read moreI had a great surprise eating my first Soho Pizza at The Commons Saladaeng in November, it was delicious. Aroy Mak Mak ! So later in December I ordered for delivery. Well, that pizza was far from what I had there !
I ordered directly from Soho website. When the delivery man arrived, I noticed right away it wasn't the correct pizzas (receipt wasn't matching). The delivery man called the manager and hands me the phone. The situation is quickly sorted out and my actual order will be on its way.
BUT ! When the correct pizzas arrived they were cold and hard. They must have been sitting in their box all that time (something like 30min I would guess). Really disappointed, so were my friends who also knew Soho Pizza from eating there before.
When I was a student, I worked as a pizza delivery man for a big chain. I know how it is and mistakes happen. That's not a big deal in itself, but make sure you make it up to the customer by delivering expected quality.
I will definitely eat again at Soho Pizza, not sure about the delivery though. First impression...
