You have really nice place with incredible food and coffee. However your personnel especially this guy is so slow and careless that's it is impossible to enjoy your place.

I've ordered hot aeropress coffee told twice to the guy that I want hot. He and prepared iced instead. This took for him 20 minutes. I told him that I ordered hot and made it clear. First he started arguing that I ordered iced. Which is not true and he just messed it up. Then another 20 minutes of waiting and finally I got my coffee after 40 minutes which is unacceptable. Then they return 300 thb for this attitude but actually I was not asking for that. Would be better if you will just hire persons who can hear normally and make just a single cup of coffee for 5...
