Ta-ling bar & Wang Lang View — Restaurant in Sirirat Subdistrict

My experience at your restaurant was extremely disappointed and your restaurant don’t deserved even one star from me. All the staff are completely lack of service mind (ZERO) and are so unprofessional. The food was so appalling and very oily. Frankly, I’ve had better meals from the street vendors in the local areas.

One of the male staff also smoked in the toilet, yet asked us customers to smoke outside the restaurant. Again this is very unacceptable!

One of the fat female staff on the first floor was rudely insisted us that payment below 1,500 THB must be made in (CASH ONLY) because the restaurant is tying to avoid the revenue office to check. Consequently we were forced to leave to withdraw more cash from ATM.

Then we moved from first floor to second floor. There’s a tomboyish and another fat female staffs displayed extremely rude and arrogant behaviour toward customers and They seemed eager to rush all customers out the door before the restaurant closed so they could go back home on time.

Quirky and truly gems Not sure what other people opinion but for us we fall in love with this quirky bar along with local vibes. Most of dishes were delicious and tasty. I can't recommend enough as l think the best taste of Thai food in the area. l highly recommend to sit upstair for better view and you not going to get rip off like other fancy rooftop bar. Service were genuinely friendly not overly to your face and you pay local price.

Ps: if you are concerning about hygienic issue its might be a bit below Western standard but we haven't had any issue...

อาหารรสชาดอร่อย มีวงดนตรีสด 2 วง เราไปบ่อยเพราะใกล้ที่พักกับใกล้ที่ทำงาน แต่การบริการจากพนักงานเด็กเสริฟรู้สึกแย่มาก โดยเฉพาะทอมที่พูดห้วนๆและเร่งลูกค้าให้สั่งอาหาร ทั้งที่กำลังดูเมนูอาหารอยู่ ก็มาถามเร่งว่าเอาข้าวเปล่ามั้ย คือถ้าจะสั่งข้าว ก็จะสั่งเองค่ะ ถ้าไม่เอาคือไม่สั่งเนาะ ต้องให้เวลาลูกค้าตัดสินใจเลือกเมนูนะคะ และอีกอย่างเวลาสั่งเครื่องดื่มมา เช่น เหล้า ก็แนะนำรินเสร็จก็กลับไปนั่งรอที่ตัวเองนะคะ ไม่ต้องมาเชียร์แขกดื่มหมดแก้ว ดื่มหมดเร็วๆแบบมากินกับแฟนต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัว ไม่ต้องมาเอ็นเตอร์เทนนะคะถ้าไม่ได้ร้องขอ ตอนเช็คบิลเราให้ทิปคนที่มาชงเหล้าให้ทุกครั้ง คนละร้อยถึงแม้รอบนั้นไม่อยากจะให้คนที่เป็นทอมแต่ให้ตามมารยาทแต่ล่าสุดเลือกให้เฉพาะเด็กเสริฟผู้ชายค่ะ อยากให้น้องทอมรู้กาลเทศะและเรียนรู้งานบริการมากกว่านี้นะคะ พฤติกรรมน้องทำให้ลูกค้าอึดอัด เค้าไปหาที่ทานข้าวบรรยากาศดีๆเพื่อผ่อนคลายนะคะ อย่าทำให้บรรยากาศดีๆเสียและชื่อเสียงร้านก็อาจจะเสียด้วยค่ะ เราไปร้านนี้มาหลายปีแล้ว เด็กเสริฟคนเก่าๆเค้าดูแลลูกค้าดีกว่านี้ ไม่ยุ่มย่ามก้าวก่ายเกินไปแบบนี้ ส่วนอย่างอื่นโดยรวมดีค่ะ ราคาอาหารก็ไม่แพงจนเกินไป...
