Me and my girlfriend visited here to see New Year's fireworks. But I felt that there were many problems with the way we dealt with our. First time visit and me and my girlfriend wanted a window seat. They said they had no seats today because they were on New Year's Eve.Afterwards, two Western women visited the restaurant and after a few conversations with them, were taken to the terrace. We complained to them because they did not make a reservation like us. Although we already had two menus, they said we had to make a 1200 baht set menu to see the firework. Since there was no choice, we had an additional set menu. The set menu wasn't bad, but it was terrible price. Visited Tonmakok restaurant recently, and the experience left much to be desired. At first glance, the place felt quite lifeless—almost abandoned, lacking any inviting energy or charm. The food selection on the menu was decent, but unfortunately, the flavors didn’t match the expectations. Most dishes were bland or under-seasoned, falling well below the standard you'd hope for from Thai cuisine.

Staff service was mediocre; they weren't particularly attentive , which only added to the underwhelming atmosphere. To top it off, a rather lizard repeatedly made appearances on our table, which frightened my daughter and made the meal even more uncomfortable.

Very good atmosphere. Preferable for the evening diner on the 2 nd floor by the river. fresh air from river. Excellent Thai food with very reasonable price and portion of food. Live music on the 1 st fl. But it is loud (a little too loud)on the 2nd fl. =restaurant fl. On the 3rd fl. is bar . No parking in the restaurant but not too far it has parking building.
