NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT Today I went to the restaurant and we ordered Spring rolls, larb gai, tom yum goong, morning glory and red chicken curry plus drinks. To our surprise the red “chicken” curry only had 4 small pieces of chicken and the whole bowl was filled with random veggies. When we told one of the guys named “Bishnu”( claiming he was the manager which he lied, the real manager was on leave) he had such a rude attitude. Trust me you would think he owns that place. He was extremely rude, arrogant and said he doesn’t think there is an issue thats how all the other guests are served. Again he had such a rude attitude and when we said we wont pay for the dish he was like “no you will must have to pay there is no way you are leaving without paying” in a tone as if we are thieves. We are from usa and we have been in Thailand so many times and are very well aware of thailand’s food and great hospitality, qnd this is the first time we received such ill manner. They started recording us when my husband got mad. HOW DARE THEY record our videos we also should have recorded his behaviour The guy bishnu even touched my husband’s hands in the argument. My husband told him please apologise and we will pay he didnt bother to even say sorry for once. Then I spoke to the real manager on the phone and said they wont charge us for the red curry. Can you believe they even charged us for the food when we really only finished the spring rolls?we paid so much money for what? We left the dinner table and our whole dinner was ruined just for this guy bishnu. He didn’t seem like he’s from thailand thats why he doesnt know how to treat guest. The management should really take an action against him so that he learns a lesson. Idk how are they operating their business in the centre of chaweng with an employee like him. Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The food was of poor quality and did not meet the standards of a steakhouse. I believe that the owner needs to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that the food being served is of a higher quality.
The prices charged for the food were also excessive, considering the poor quality. I feel that this is a scam, as customers are being charged a lot of money for food that is not worth the price.
The only reason I believe your establishment is still in business is because you are able to attract customers from the street. However, I am certain that none of these customers would ever return after having such a negative experience.
I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take action to improve the quality of your food...

And they cooked it exactly medium rare, we asked for… only the thing, is a selection of wines, and dish sides. They have no any ideas what is the coleslaw salad means, I have to show the pictures from the internet, and later on, when I asked grilled mushrooms, they brought some white mushrooms chopped, without any cooking option, as they probably never heard, the way we want it should be cooked.
