NEVER DINE IN! The food is the only semi saving grace of this establishment. The service staff are some of the rudest people that I have ever encountered in my life! very un-helpful and they spend most of their time on their phones rather than managing the floor of the restaurant. The tables were still dirty from the previous customers before us and when asked the staff came over and didn’t even wipe it down properly. We had to ask to be served because the ladies on the floor were too busy touching up their makeup and playing on their phones rather than attending to waiting customers and when our garlic bread arrived, you could have knocked a horse out with it from how stale it was! Read moreThis place is a service nightmare- I was inside the shop - the assistant manager name paradee was super unfriendly and exhausting.
First she could give me the promotion I found on grab.
Than after I wait 15 minutes and some other costumer could just grab there food, she tell me she can’t find the order and now the shop closed.
I showed her my order on grab and after again 5 minutes of waiting, If got notifications from grab my order is canceled.
And all this because they just wanted to close instead of making the order.
Better go 10 meter down the street to some of the local restaurants at fisherman’s village ! Al least here they have nice service.

Read moreAwful experience. The waitress was rude, arrogant, and dismissive from the start, and even threw the bill on the table at the end of the meal. That level of disrespect is unacceptable and made us feel like second-class customers, with a strong sense of possible discrimination.
What makes it worse is the manager’s reaction. When I raised the issue, he just looked at me and smiled, saying nothing – as if this kind of behavior was perfectly fine. A manager should never act like that. Their job is to step in, protect the restaurant’s reputation, and make sure every guest is treated with respect.
I truly hope the head office of this chain sees this review, because allowing such behavior completely destroys the image...
