So good!

My choices for restaurants around were expensive dining or tourist trap cheaper restaurants with men holding up placards trying to call you in. I gave WaShin a text after walking past it many times.

Very delicious, the soup has a lot of flavours, some umami action going on. The noodles is al dente and easy to chew. Meat was melt-in-your-mouth kind, soy sauce egg 👍🏻😊

I dined alone and was comfortable. The waitresses are sweet. The atmosphere is cool!

Been there twice in one week, first was a random find; second was obviously for the taste. Started with pickled/salad of cucumber and cabbage, very well balanced of taste. Then the egg roll filled with chachu pork, smooth and soft texture. The gyoza was not bad, but I don't like the texture of the pork inside. Chicken karage is almost like Hachiban but better in a good way. Then come the high light the ramen is phenomenon, perfect noodle texture and rich and smooth creamy soup.
