KFC Century Anusaovaree — Restaurant in Thanon Phaya Thai Subdistrict

This was more slow food than fast food 😂 When ordering I was told to wait 2-3 minutes which became in the end 45 minutes. Service was too slow and somehow chaotic. A lot of online orders probably and were not able to fulfill orders. Luckily chicken was well done prepared and only because of that I give them 4 stars for food, but rest is more zero...

They deleted my order and did not compensate in anyway. After waiting for half an hour they stared calling out the que numbers in reversed order( eg. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1). The chicken ran out right at the que that was supposed to be after mine so I asked the staff and the only thing they did was talked among themselves and said “oops looks like we deleted the order”. Moreover, they got some chicken that they were keeping for themselves and put on the plate for me (it is not to same to what I ordered). No apologies no compensation.

Was here to order take out, ordering process was all good .. nothing to complaint.. cheers

Like the chicken 🐓 parts that marinated , in my point of view every locations(country) the taste were be slightly different .. that’s ok
