My stay at True Siam Phayathai Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The ambiance of the place is pleasant, and I had a truly restful sleep during my two-night stay. The pillows provided were soft enough to sink into, ensuring a comfortable night's rest.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Although there was a 1000 baht deposit for the key, it wasn't an issue for me and was handled smoothly.
One of the highlights of my booking was the included breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. Each day offered a variety of delicious main courses, providing a delightful start to my mornings.
I would rate my experience at True Siam Phayathai Hotel a 7.5 out of 10. It's a great option for travelers who are frequently on the move within the city. However, one area for improvement is the Wi-Fi connection on the floors, which was quite poor. It made it difficult to use for basic tasks like checking emails or messaging. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi in the lobby worked well, offering a solution for those needing a reliable connection.
Overall, I would recommend True Siam Phayathai Hotel for its comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast options, with the caveat that those reliant on Wi-Fi may encounter some difficulties...

From the Airport Link station it's just a five minutes walk to the True Siam Hotel, and the map on their website made the walk a blast!
Since I arrived at the hotel before 8 in the morning I hoped to be able to drop off my backpack and leave. Not only would they watch my backpack, but the receptionist told me I could come back at 11 and check in - normal check in time is 15, and after 24+ hours with no sleep I really appreciated this service!
My room, a Superior Room, had two nice beds, a small desk, a flat screen TV and a small refrigerator with water, soda and beer. Everything was tidy and clean!
I visited the restaurant one night, as the only guest. The food was great, but the service not that much at all. The service at the reception and outside bar was way better!
The hotel is located in a narrow and dark street, which is a bit of a shame, because the hotel is very good for it's price.
Note: it's the (hot) water on the glass bottles on top of the refrigerator which is free, not the cold water in plastic...
