We stayed at Royal View Resort for 2 nights nights as a family of 3 and my experience is a mix of both positives and areas that really need improvement.||First, the location is excellent. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of Bangkok, but still within easy reach of major spots. You can get around easily with bolt, tuk-tuks, or even a short walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. If you’re looking for a base in the city that isn’t too noisy, this is one of the better options.||The breakfast was actually very good—lots of variety, fresh fruits, hot dishes, and something for everyone. Definitely one of the stronger points of this hotel and a good way to start the day.||However, the downside is that the hotel itself feels very old and outdated. The rooms are spacious enough, but you’ll notice worn-out furniture and overall a property that is well past its prime. It’s clear that refurbishment is badly needed.||Cleanliness also needs more attention. While the rooms were not terrible, small details were missed, and you can sense it hasn’t been maintained to a higher standard. The linen and towels were a big disappointment—most were old, some even torn or heavily worn, which doesn’t give a fresh or welcoming impression. Replacing these would make a huge difference.||Our room had a balcony, but the view was directly onto another building very close by, which felt a bit closed in and not very pleasant. There’s also only one lift for the hotel||Pros: Great location, quiet surroundings but close to attractions, excellent breakfast.||Cons: Old and outdated property, needs major refurbishment, cleanliness not up to standard, linen and towels need urgent replacement.||If you’re not too picky and just need a convenient stay with good breakfast in a central location, it works. But if you’re expecting something modern and well-maintained, this hotel may not be the right choice until they invest in...

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with just the right amount of luxury to make me feel pampered without being over the top. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the ambiance in the room was perfect for both work and relaxation. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and proactive. They went out of their way to provide clear, accurate information about transportation, attractions, and local recommendations. I never once had to look for details elsewhere, which made everything so convenient. It’s rare to come across a team this well-trained and professional. The spa was the highlight of my stay. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—it’s well worth it! The treatments were heavenly, leaving me completely refreshed. The peaceful atmosphere and skilled therapists made it a deeply relaxing experience. The location was ideal. Situated right in the heart of Bangkok but tucked away in a peaceful area, it gave me the best of both worlds—easy access to everything without the noise and chaos. Getting around the city was hassle-free, with major attractions just a short ride away.(7 mins closer to the skytrain Victoria monument station)The overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic. Whether I was enjoying coffee in the lobby lounge or relaxing in my room, the atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, with tasteful decor and just the right touch of modernity. It felt like the kind of place where you could both unwind and still enjoy the pulse of the city. This hotel checked all the boxes for me, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok. If you’re looking for a place with great service, a prime location, and incredible...

The staffs are really nice and caring, I booked a room for 2 people but ended up coming 3, however they managed it really fast and get a 3rd bed for us so we can sleep comfortably. I also didn’t have to show any booking code or payment bill through Agoda, they just asked for my passport and did everything else quickly. Furnitures were all good, I just didnt like the yellow lights much as it was hard to do my makeup probably 🤣 The price is also cheap compared to other hotels in such a crowded bustling center, it’s convenient to go everywhere (train station, 7eleven, restaurants, massages,… took around only 5-10 mins walking). Overall, my vacation in Bangkok was great thanks to this hotel, make sure to stay here again on my next visit.

This place is amazing. Walk in price and agoda price is not much difference. They give promotion everyday when their rooms are not filled. Breakfast is not much recommended because they offer English breakfast ,which is unfavorable for Asian, and fried rice for Asian plus salad , bread and jams and one main dish like porridge or MaMa salad. The staffs are friendly. Some have good English very handy and helpful. I would like to stay again if i have a chance. Around that area, you can taste street foods, they are affordable and tasty. 7-eleven and Lotus near there.
