I was told at the end that they don't accept credit cards. I asked for the manager. Who was not there at dinner time. He than arrived and told my Thai-girlfriend that they usually are only open for thai-people not tourists Asia hotel and evergreen UHG being across the street. It costs foreigners 220 bhat to take out money every time. The money was never the issue it's the way we are being treated as foreigners. The Thai government has been welcoming, and want us here. The people at this restaurant seems to think that foreigners are not welcomed at this restaurant according to management. The staff didn't want us sitting inside and it was hot outisde. Foreigners are treated like the plague here. We are tested for covid before we get on the plane. After we land, were quarantined. Than tested before cleared. Than tested 7 days again after being here. Yet can't sit inside. You might spread the deadly virus when you have no symptoms and were recently tested. The staff is all young kids with the exception of the manager. HE WAS NOT AT THE RESTAURANT. When he came he was dressed professionally but obviously somewhere else doing his own thing. Telling my girlfriend that an American steak house is only for Thai people and...

Hungry Nerd is a fantastic find for budget-friendly dining in the heart of Bangkok. The restaurant boasts an extensive selection of appetizers and main courses at affordable prices. Flavor-wise, Hungry Nerd truly impressed me, especially with their standout Spinach Cheese Casserole.

The service was remarkably swift and helpful. The staff was consistently attentive, ensuring guests had everything they needed and providing great recommendations, even for special requests.

Regrettably, I must note that the ambiance didn't quite align with my taste. It felt somewhat unwelcoming and lacked the cozy atmosphere I typically seek. Nevertheless, this shouldn't deter anyone from giving this restaurant a try, especially if you're in search of delicious food at reasonable prices.

All in all, Hungry Nerd delivers an excellent culinary experience at an affordable price point, even if the ambiance falls short. It's definitely worth a visit for those who appreciate good food while keeping an eye on the...

Not gonna lie, I was only interested at this place because a couple of years ago I used to own a custard café myself name Hungry Me. So whenever I tried google search to check the effectiveness of my café’s SEO, Hungry Nerd is always one of the name that appear side by side with my café.

Now that I got a chance to come to this place, I have to say I’m blown by their service. I can see that the employees are well-trained in both the service itself and how to add value-added to the restaurant’s SEO.

The food is good for the price. It is a cheap and good steak place so it’s not like the food is praise-worthy and all. But for the price, this place is definitely valued. You won’t feel disappoint eating at this place.

The atmosphere is also good. Very close to the Rachathewi BTS station which makes it easy to travel to.

Overall, I want to give a 4.5 stars but since I cannot give a half star so it ends up at 4. (Google, you need to...

Visiting a church near by and found this place. We came here for lunch and it was packed. The wait is about 10-15min for 2 people. Ordered the Australian ribeye as it was recommended as the softest steak and it was pretty hard to cut and chew. I ordered it medium rare and 1/2 was cooked just right and the only half was more rare. It came with a little bit of salad and fries. We will def not order that again. Also ordered the corn soup and it was pretty good. The garlic bread that came w the soup goes really well with it. The picture on the menu showed a lot more corn then what actually came with - quit disappointing. The cheese mash potato was very interesting as the cheese’s texture was like chewing gum. We keep chewing and it’s still there 0~0 the spicy salmon spaghetti was pretty good. Overall: wouldn’t mind giving it another try next time in the area just not craving for it.
