Mono cafe bkk l coffee all day breakfast — Restaurant in Thanon Phetchaburi Subdistrict

One of worst experience ever in Bangkok, because expectations from menu did not meet the reality at all. Let's say you order an Grilled Cheese (see pic) - which is sounds perfect, delicious and melted. When you hear that- the very first thing which you imagine - it's a big pieces of some hard cheese or at least mozarella, with traces of roasting on it's sides and nice smell. Nothing else, right? So simple and delicious. So vegetarian. Just basic grilled cheese. But not in this place. Because here that you will received - you never can guess before- it's a cheap bread sandwiches with pork inside and 10 gram of cheese ( not sure it's a real cheese anyway). They fool customers, don't care if you are vegetarian or just cheese lover. You will get this bread with some parts of pork fat inside. They not respect you. Cheat you at menu. No one in their right mind will pay for sandwiches from 7/11 in the coffeeshop ( they think that they are), so- they have to lie. Same as for granola parfait. Which made from 7/11 SWEET yoghurt and wholegrain oats. Yes, yes, yes - there is no granola in this dish. And they don't care that you paid for it. Thought you can't fail so simple dish, but now I see that you can fail anything if you care only about how to get money from people. Coffee - not worth to try. Obviously. I wish I wrong. But in some places - money the god. And...

I decided to come here because it was close to the hostel I was staying and well reviewed. It actually still exceeded expectations. Great service and friendly staff.

I ordered an Americano and Toast (it’s baked toast with an egg in it and bacon on top). I was still hungry and since it was good I ordered a second round of both.

What really delighted me was this, they had noticed I didn’t use my sugar packet and scraped my bacon off (I sadly am not supposed to have it, it’s a tragedy I know) and they didn’t bring me another sugar packet along with not putting bacon on my second order.

Small details like this are always what impress me at places. A lot of cafes people would be on autopilot bringing another sugar packet or making the order the same. I forgot to ask for no bacon on the second order, but it’s clear they noticed it and made an adjustment. Amazing.

Awesome place for hangout and have a meal break or chill out with good taste coffee and drinks.

Very near to BTS Phayathai station (around 20 meters walk), the cafe decorate with Lastic style, it's look like you are under the tree house. Here has 2 floors for seats and tales. Inside atmosphere is use warm light, that make you feel claim and chill.

About the serves, the foods are easy-to-eat and kind like western style. The coffee is good taste that made fresh feeling. All ingredients can prove itself and quality, that reflect the attention of staff and owner.

More than what I've tried are juice and beverage. And the cafe also serve salad, dessert, all are hand made.

This place is very near to Asia hotel, so if you are traveller who stay by, here can serve you good meals other than the hotel serve. (That may less quality). And the price is appropriate for both daily meal and quality.
