This is kappo Japanese restaurant/ omakase style. Chef Riku Toda cooks an array of seasonal ingredients (mostly seafood) using techniques like boil, steam, tempura, braised, grilled, etc. there are barely any raw components in this meal. And zero sushi.
Flavor wise: very clean and authentic tasting. Zero fusion/strong asian flavorings. I appreciate this because you can really taste the ingredients and the cooking methods really plays a big roll in the textures of each dish. 👍🏻 super delicious overall and could come back. I can rarely fault any dish but ill say the salad is just okay. Everything else was tasty.
Service is surprisingly exceptional. The staff is so attentive and friendly making the meal so smooth and delicious. 🏆

Kappou omakase from expert japanese head chef. Incredible of balance in flavor aroma and texture in every single dish. Start with Kappou part, various kind of dish with finest quality ingredient. Full flavor of natural umami. It was really enjoyable. And then Sushi part, this bring me to another level of sushi. The rice is perfect with texture and temperature.
