One of the best dishes and food experiences we have ever had. We came across this small unassuming restaurant. We were welcomed with a warm smile and an invite. We sat down and ordered, but before our food came, we were given a plate full of the sweetest mangoes we have ever had. It was complimentary from the owner. This was just the beginning of what turned out to be an incredibly flavoursome and tasty dishes. We tried the Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken rice soup, shrimp fried rice and shrimp Pad Thai... All the dishes were generous and tasty. All were finished clean. We got some vegetable spring rolls and again, the best spring rolls we have ever tasted. The drinks were awesome as well. We paid and made plans to come again the next night. Tonight, we went again, and they recognised us as soon as we walked through the door. Again, the owner treated us to the sweetest mangoes we have ever tasted (where are they getting them from??!) Complimentary from the owner. Soon, the owner Jasmine came and told us her story. She opened her restaurant in 2020 (just before Covid hit. It was a very tough couple of years but she persevered despite the challenges. She told her story with grace and the smile never left her face. You can feel the warmth and genuineness of her. She said every meal she cooks, it comes from the heart. It is not a business for her, but rather a mission to ensure people who visit her restaurant are happy and enjoy the food and this is what makes her happy. As we were finishing (polishing is a better word) our plates (again, the 4 dishes that we had were amazing, and a testimony to her word that it was cooked from the heart), she brought more of the sweet mango with sticky rice pudding as a dessert... Again complimentary. While I left Jasmine a tip, this was the best meal and restaurant experience I have ever had, and no tip would be enough for the food, hospitality and good feel. I wish Jasmine the very best, and I hope she succeeds and hopefully open a chain of restaurants to ensure people are happy and enjoy her amazing food. For anyone reading this review, trust me, pay her a visit, you won't be...
Read moreA fine place to eat. Reminds me of a diner back home. It’s nothing fancy, but the portions are large and the food is tasty. There were three women working when we were there (22.06.24), with one serving and the two other mostly working in the kitchen. There is also a larger room with tables upstairs I guess they can rent out for parties or groups. When you sit down there is a QR code on each table, this takes you to the menu, so you order from your phone. Be aware that the QR code is linked to your table, so if several from the same table orders all the food is added to the same bill online (probably possible to split when you pay after eating, but just be aware). The food was so tasty, I ordered fried beef with sticky rice AND chicken red curry with brown rice since I thought the image on the online menu of the curry made the portion look small - I was wrong. I almost ate myself to death. The fried beef reminded me of beef jerky, it was in a way a bit dry, but that just made it so tasty, and perfect with the sweet and sour sauce and the spicy chili(?) sauce. For dessert I was going to pass as I was already full, but my father ordered both banana spring rolls and fried bananas while I was still eating. Of course I couldn’t say no when it was served and on the table 😋 I have a large sweet tooth. The fried bananas were my favorite, as I found the spring roll dough(?) a bit heavy. Both dessert were good, but if I had to pick one, I would order the fried banana next time.
Otherwise I’m not sure if they are really early or just late, but the window was full of christmas decals with snow and...

Why I Chose This Restaurant I was looking for a good vegan version of Tom Yum and came across this restaurant. I had high expectations given the emphasis on fresh produce and wholesome cooking.
What I Ordered I ordered a vegan Tom Yum soup and rice noodles. And it was 340 THB. There were no premium or rare ingredients like exotic vegetables to justify the price.
Taste and Quality The flavor of the soup was decent but lacked the depth of Tom Yum that I had expected. The tofu and mushrooms were ok, but they did not stand out in terms of quality or taste to reflect a premium experience.
Overpriced Compared to Alternatives Having eaten vegan Tom Yum in over dozens of restaurants across Bangkok, I can confidently say that this was overpriced. At most places, you can find good quality vegetarian Tom Yum for 70-150 THB. Even restaurants like M* and *B, which focus on organic, plant-based meals, offer similar or better quality at nearly half the price.
Friendly Staff, But...
The staff was very friendly, and the service was smooth. However, the experience of dining here didn’t feel special enough to justify the premium price tag.
Final Verdict If you’re craving vegan Tom Yum, I would suggest exploring other well-known spots in Bangkok. This restaurant has friendly service, but the price does not match the quality of the ingredients or the...
