Is my last night in Bangkok , plan to treat my families for the last Thai food dinner here , seach on Google this place is highly recommended! After I just realised that is not friendly tourist welcome

First time visit also is my last visit here ! Staff very rude service and unfriendly at all, I took the photo on the menu first , and show her directly on phone easy for her to order foods, just in case she may not understand English , when I show the lady staff at the counter , I need all the dishes for 2 each and she miss out my order , she rinse out the voice and say ok ok ok , which is very loud and rude ! And said something infront of me with Thai ! Which is very bad standard you do infront of the tourist ! Why I choose here , is bcoz I saw on the social media highly recommended this place , BUT ! When I come here is not true …. False ! Attitude problem

Seems like eateries for the locals, hardly any non thai-speaker around, and most people ordered papaya salad with sticky rice Came around 6-7pm on weekdays, and its crowded, but got seated immediately... Food service is quick, staff are attentive and accommodating knowing that we don't speak thai...

Grilled pork is succulent, doesnt smell, but there is no distinctive flavor from street food Crispy catfish is deep fried, it's complemented by the sour fresh mango salad, but eating the catfish alone might hurt your throat Seabass, eat it while its hot! Winner of the night, cooked "al dente", topped with garlic and mint leaves, the combination is just marvellously refreshing... The freshness of the fish certainly plays major role to it Pad thai is creamier than usual, not too soggy, but flavor is mediocre Tom yum kung is decent, but only contains shrimp, and mushroom... Was expecting bigger portion with squid and other stuff Omelette is just okay, no smoky flavor, just plain fried egg with few oysters Sticky mango rice, big portion, but taste like those found on the street
