The only good vegeterian cost friendly option that i found as per menu card in MBK tower. Was happy and excited to have the falafal sandwich that actulky costed 150 Bht but as i wanted cheese i did request to add that if they have one, the boy on counter said yes they can add cheese. I ate this thing in hope to find cheese in my order,but was nothing in my falafal sandwich. My husband went to pay and he said they have charged 50 BHT (i personally find this too much) extra for cheese that i never found, saw and tasted. A huge disappointment. The “shawarma sandwiches” for 100-120 baht were thin, greasy little wraps with hardly any ingredients inside, just dry, tough meat. The chicken shawarma was mildly tasty but the beef shawarma was tasteless.

The customer service was also very unprofessional. They were dealing with upset customers very poorly while taking our order. They have many employees sharing various jobs sloppily and yelling for help from one another.
