I had a very disappointing experience at this barbecue restaurant. The staff seemed extremely lazy and inattentive. After being seated, no plates, cups, or utensils were provided until I had to ask for them—after waiting for about 10 minutes. Even basic things like sauces, drinks, and menus were not served unless we specifically requested them.

The food also came out very slowly, and to make matters worse, some dishes were only served when we were about to ask for the bill.
