Overall, I would agree with the others here who complained about the service. The food was tasty as usual, but the service…meh.

The first impression after stepping inside the restaurant was “dirty/messy”. There were many tables with no customers but were left with trashes on the tables, 50% of it i would say. I had to walk more inside to look for a clean table, no staff in front to guide or welcome you (but this was not an issue, the issue was that too many dirty tables). I saw a group of elder customers walking in and then walked out after couldnt find a “clean” table. After i got a seat, there was only one staff taking order, looks like they are short of staff, but its Sunday and we all know that Sunday is a busy day, this issue shouldnt have happened. I had to ask for a menu, which they have 2 different menus, i only got one, had to ask for another one as i was interested in an item on the other menu. After receiving my “noodle” order, the staff who served me didnt even bring for me chopsticks. I had to ask for it. I also spot that a staff gave a group of customer only the main menu, and when that staff brought for them tablewares, she just put them on the table without beautifully arranged.

Waste of money. This place has horrible service. The staff has their heads way up their a**es. I ordered 2 beef bulgogis, 1 pork bulgogi, and some chicken wings. They serve my girlfriend and I both beef bulgogis after about 10 minutes. They did NOT bring the pork bulgogi or chicken wings for my girlfriend's sister who was sitting there starving and forced to watch us eat. We kept asking every waitress that walked past us if they were going to ever bring her food. The restaurant even started filling up with more customers who even got served their food before she did! Finally, after about 20-30 minutes, she got her food. I even asked to speak with the manager, but what a surprise, he/she never showed. Very poor service. Also, they only add a small amount of beef and pack the bowl full of rice. Don't waste your hard...

Very rare that a Bonchon branch has bad review since the brand is a global brand. However, this branch is totally different. The food is good as usual but the service is terrible. We order for a takeaway and didn’t get what we ordered for right. The order was placed incorrectly even though the cashier repeated what we ordered but I think she didn’t know how to key in the exact menu. We order for a crab dish with rice and seaweed but ended up getting only rice and seaweed. The side dish for wings we chose sticky rice but ended up getting only normal Japanese rice.
