Sunflower Cafe' at Central Phuket(3rd floor) — Restaurant in Wichit

Please rethink supporting this business. Today, I witnessed two staff members refuse to help a young mother. She asked for a cup of hot water to heat up a bottle for her baby, and the staff told her they “have no hot water” whilst making hot cups of tea. The mother asked again and offered to pay, and the staff ignored her. I could see the mother was starting to get upset as she couldn’t understand why these staff couldn’t assist even when offering to pay money. The mother took out her phone to take a photo of the business name and the staff who had been ignoring her basic questions. Then, as she turned away, the staff began chasing her, filming and shoving their phones close to her face. At the same time, the two staff members were saying “you are a bad mother” as they chased her. It was one of the most disturbing things I’ve witnessed here in Thailand.
