If you visit the Capital City and feel like eating meat, you should have your meal here. If you get there by your own car, you don't need to think about parking. If you are a traveller, this place is not far from ASTI (Ankara Bus Terminal). You can take a taxi and arrive ther in five minutes. There are many tables here so you can find one in any time of the day. What about meals? Once you sit and give your order, you don't need to wait much because before your main course come, they serve nearly ten starters including sauced oninons, grilled garlic, salads, special sauces, green vegetables. You can get shocked at this generosity at first. These starters go well with speacial thin sauced bread but you had better know how to stop yourself because you can feel full easily. The grilled meat especially liver meat is so delicious and portions are satisfying. After this great lunch or dinner, you will feel better one more time when you see the bill. You will surely be shocked at the low prices. Last years restaurants in this name have been opened in some other cities in Turkey. I hope we will see one in Canakkale...
Read moreAs an American, I must say, this is an incredible experience in Ankara. Food comes down fast and furious. Other guests are talking and laughing and eating. The smell of grilled meat is in the air. All your sides and salads are immediately plated on the table. Bread too. You order your grilled meat type and in short order, a nice young man will bring you giant hot skewers of delicious protein. Combine anything you want (including the fantastic grilled garlic) onto a couple pieces of very thin bread. And then roll it up like a mini burrito. Careful, as you near finishing a side, more will come to replace it. You can politely say no - use Turkish, almost no one speaks English. We had 1 young man who helped us all the way through because he was the only one with English. He was fantastic and made our evening go so smooth and made us feel welcome in the restaurant. You will leave stuffed. Unfortunately, there will be a fair amount of food waste. You pay for drinks and meats, tip the staff and are on your way. Superb experience for visitors to Turkey. 5 stars...
Read moreWe four friends went there to have some liver kebab. When we heard that one liver kebab includes 10 skewers, we decided to order totally three kebabs, after all we’re not famished. Good parts: the place has its own car parking and the liver tasted ok. Less good sides: the mezes were not so tasty as I imagined. Negative sides: the service was too hasty that I felt stressed out. The first serving of our food came a couple of minutes after the order was placed . The second service came while we’re still having our first orders. Before even we were done with the meal they served tea. It all felt like “hurry up eat and go“. When it came to the payment we saw that they have charged in a weird way. When asked why they’re charging 2 full and 2 half kebab meals, they’ve said it was because they’ve opened four services(one half meal was 70, one full meal was 98 lira). I’m not sure but I think...
