Bosphorus Terrace Restaurant — Restaurant in Şişli

Contrary to my expectations from the Hilton Hotel restaurant, the quality of the food and their taste were not to my and my husband’s liking at all. The main course consists of five types of kebabs, which in my opinion are often not flavored and only grilled meat, and during our stay at the hotel we had to use the hotel restaurant several times, even a fixed meal like grilled fish Each time it tasted different, maybe because of different chefs ... or once we ordered yoghurts soup which was very good and the second series we ordered was very salty ... In general I was not...

Wonderful facility, great location, close to most of touristic places. The hotel is away enough from traffic noise which is rare in Istanbule. Rooms are spacious and very clean, beds are very comfortable, espresso machine is there, all what you could expect from 5 stars hotel. Breakfast buffet is full of local fresh products. The check-in was fast and warm many thanks to Ergun. I will definitely comeback for the 3rd time. I strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel where you can enjoy big facility with wonderful...

Don’t skip this place just because they’re hosted inside Hilton. They have a limited menu but it has exceptional execution of quality ingredients.

Seafood is superb as is their beef filet mignon.

Their salads and soups are no exception; Try everything on their brief menu. Everything is prepared extremely well and tastes great.
