Walked up to the stand and was second in line. Someone walked by and asked how much, one of the men grilling responded 100TL. Offered wrap to me for free, but I insisted to pay. I like the fish wrap, Balık Dürüm here better than another we visited. The grilled fish is fresh and wrapped with fresh veggies. They also add pickled beets & onions, which gives it a more refreshing & tart second layer of taste to the fish. Nice relaxing outdoor tables are available. Saw this on YouTube and so glad we got to try it. We found the stand (Saturday night around 10pm) which was near the entrance of the Karaköy ferry entrance. The man in action skillfully deboned the fish. It's more like a wrap and is super seasoned with spice and fresh veggies. Flavor wise it definitely exceeded my expectations!!
