I had an amazing experience at Gina Galataport! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the lasagna, which was one of the best I’ve ever had. I would easily rate this place 10/10.

The service was just as impressive as the food. All the staff were friendly and professional, but I want to give a special shoutout to [Denlz]. Türkçe: Gina Galataport’a ikinci gelişimizdi ve hizmet açısından genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ancak küçük bir aksaklığı da belirtmeden geçmek istemem. Sipariş verirken önce atıştırmalıklar, ardından pizzalar ve son olarak makarnalar gelsin dememize rağmen, atıştırmalıklardan sonra yaklaşık 1 saat bekledik. Sonrasında içeride yoğunluk olduğunu ve bu yüzden siparişlerin biriktiğini söylediler. Saat 22:00’yi geçmişti ve hem iki çeşit makarna hem de iki çeşit pizza aynı anda gelince, yemeği keyifle değil aceleyle yemek zorunda kaldık.

Bu seviyede kaliteli bir mekanda böyle bir aksaklığın yaşanmaması gerekirdi. Fakat lezzet konusuna gelince, gerçekten kusursuzdu. Her şey çok başarılıydı ve mutfak kalitesi kesinlikle övgüyü hak ediyor. Bu küçük hizmet aksaklığı, Gina Galataport’un genel kalitesini gölgede bırakmadı. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

English: This was our second visit to Gina Galataport and overall, we were very satisfied with the service. However, I want to mention a minor hiccup. When ordering, we asked for the starters first, then the pizzas, and finally the pastas. Despite this, we waited nearly an hour after the starters, and were later told it was due to the busy kitchen.

Unfortunately, by the time our two types of pasta and two types of pizza arrived — all at once — it was past 10:00 PM, and we had to rush through the meal rather than enjoy it leisurely.

In a venue of this quality, such issues shouldn’t really occur. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic. The taste, presentation, and overall kitchen performance were top-tier. This minor service delay does not change our positive view of Gina Galataport. We will definitely...
