From the moment we stepped into Zebra Lounge, we knew we were in for a special experience — and they did not disappoint. What truly set them apart, beyond the inviting ambiance and well-curated atmosphere, was the exceptional level of care and accommodation shown to our group from start to finish.
We arrived with a few specific needs and some last-minute changes, and the staff could not have been more understanding or gracious. They welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right — from helping us find the perfect seating arrangement to tailoring the vibe and flow of the evening to match what we were hoping for.
Every staff member we encountered carried themselves with such professionalism, patience, and kindness that it genuinely made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. You could tell there was real thought and intention behind every detail, and it made all the difference.
Whether it was coordinating timing, adjusting to our requests, or simply checking in at just the right moments to make sure we were comfortable, the level of attention and flexibility shown by Zebra Lounge was extraordinary. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so seamless and authentic.
If you’re looking for a venue that truly understands the meaning of service — where your needs are not only met but anticipated — I cannot recommend Zebra Lounge highly enough. They made our night feel effortless and memorable in the best way possible. A huge thank you to the entire team — we’ll...
Read moreI recently visited a lounge bar boasting one of the finest views of the Bosphorus — and it did not disappoint in that regard. The sweeping panorama of the Istanbul strait was, without a doubt, the highlight of the evening. It’s a setting that lends itself perfectly to relaxation and quiet contemplation.
The hookah was another high point. It was of excellent quality, smooth and flavorful, with a hygienic touch — both the hose and mouthpieces were single-use, something we greatly appreciated.
However, the experience was far from flawless.
While the venue appeared to be well-managed — thanks in part to the presence of a professional and attentive administrator — the same cannot be said for the waitstaff. Service was sluggish, and our evening ended with an extended wait for the bill, which cast a shadow over an otherwise tranquil outing.
Speaking of the bill, it’s clear that part of what one pays for here is the view and ambiance. That said, the prices were unreasonably inflated. One could argue that, for the same amount, enjoying a quality hookah aboard a private yacht would be just as feasible -and possibly more worthwhile.
In conclusion, while this lounge excels in atmosphere and delivers on the essentials of a high-end hookah experience, the service and pricing leave much to be desired. It’s a place worth visiting -once- for the view, but not necessarily...
Read more10/10, Must go if you stay in the area, we didn't have a reservation but still managed to get a table on a weekend night even though it was very very busy, 2 hours later we even got moved to the table which is at the edge of the building and the view was out of the movies.
The staff were great, even the manager or Owner I am not sure, a young guy, was very very polite, promised us when we asked that we will be moved as soon as a table becomes free at the edge of the building, and overall he was very involved in everything and look out for everyone to be happy.
One of the most important thing for tourists, most of the staff speak English Very well, wich for us was something very important.
Food was slightly cheaper than the one you find around Galata tower/ Mosques but 100 times better, it was actually the only place in Istanbul that had a high quality, taste and presentation of food from our experience and we stayed 8 days.
Atmosphere 10/10, just go and see for yourself, you will not regret, also Hookah was pretty good.
You can expect to pay 1000-2000 turkish lira in 2024 summer or about 30-60 euro per person to try 2-3 types of food, 1-3 cocktails and share a hookah with your partner, which is way more affordable then the rest of what we have experienced...
