THIS PLACE CAN’T BE REAL! The most DISGRACEFUL, INCOMPETENT, ILL MANNERED staff members to day! This delusional manager (Muhsain), who served us two cups of yellow off looking liquid after we ordered hot chocolate, verbally abused us for almost half an hour before deciding mid conversation he no longer spoke english. He then took our drinks away and asked us to join the queue and pay again without offering any refund or explanation as to why our drinks were taken away or why our hot chocolate looked like melted butter in fresh milk! Upon demanding our refund the staff members started to threaten us to the point of feeling unsafe and having to call the police. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN TURKEY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Why only three stars? Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. One of the employees, a woman with short blonde hair who was serving the ice cream, was not helpful or welcoming at all — especially toward tourists. I honestly felt discriminated against, which was deeply upsetting.
When we politely asked her about the best-selling flavor, she abruptly replied, “All the flavors are best!” — in a rude and dismissive tone. That response lacked professionalism. Every restaurant or coffee shop typically has a few standout items or customer favorites, and a courteous recommendation is a basic part of good service.

I had a simple request regarding my coffee, but instead of handling it politely, she responded with a dismissive and impolite attitude. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. Her behavior made the entire experience unpleasant, and I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. A café should be a place where customers feel comfortable and respected, but this was far from that.
