🌍Bir Alman seyahat şirketi (otobüs) sahibi olarak sık sık yollardayım ve 2023 seyahat kataloğumuz için yeni yüzler ve tatlar arıyorum...

😊 Normal bir misafir olarak orada bulundum ve misafirlerine nasıl davrandıklarını görmek için bu mekana doğru yol aldım.....

Servis , garsonla görüştüm Hizmete ve çevreye değerlendirerek baktım Yiyecek, içecekleri denedim ve tattım... Sonra hesabı ödedim ve yola koyuldum... = YORUMLAMA

🚌 Pek çok konuğumuz olan 2023 seyahat kataloğumuz için elbette her şeye önceden bakmam gerekiyor.

Lütfen fazla kibirliymişim gibi anlaşılmasın, her seyahat başına 15 ila 23'den fazla gezgin kayıt oluyor bizim şirkette bunlara hep İstanbul, urfa, mardin, gibi yerleri gezdiriyoruz..... Bu yüzden puanlamak zorunda oluyorsun..

🌍Als Inhaber eines deutschen Reiseunternehmens (Bus) bin ich viel unterwegs und auf der Suche nach neuen Gesichtern und Geschmäckern für unseren Reisekatalog 2023...

😊 Ich war dort als Gast und habe mich auf den Weg zu diesem Veranstaltungsort gemacht, um zu sehen, wie sie ihre Gäste behandeln.....

Service, ich habe mit dem Kellner gesprochen Ich habe mir den Service und die Umgebung angesehen, indem ich sie bewertet habe Ich probierte und schmeckte Essen, Trinken... Dann bezahlte ich die Rechnung und machte mich auf den Weg... = Zusammenfassung

🚌 Für unseren Reisekatalog 2023 mit vielen Gästen muss ich mir natürlich vorher alles anschauen.

Bitte nicht für zu arrogant halten, mehr als 15 bis 23 Reisende werden pro Fahrt registriert, bei uns zeigen wir ihnen immer Orte wie Istanbul, Urfa, Mardin..... Deshalb muss man bewerten.

Meine Punktzahl war wie folgt:

Der Service war sehr gut, aber es scheint, als wäre an dieser Location etwas komisches dran....

Die Umgebung ist schön und komfortabel. Über Essen und Trinken kann ich nichts sagen, sie sind alle großartig

Zusammenfassung : ▪︎ Speisen und Getränke sind großartig, Lage ist günstig und attraktiv = 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

▪︎ Service und Kundenservice ist leider miserabel Kunden scheinen hier nur so lange akzeptiert zu werden, wie man bezahlt…....

I recently dined in this restourant and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The food quality was subpar, with tasteless dishes that lacked any semblance of flavor. Moreover, the service was incredibly poor, with staff members appearing disinterested and neglectful.

To make matters worse, the restaurant had the audacity to charge for items that were never served. Additionally, they levied fees for services that were entirely undeserving of compensation.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of regrettable. I would strongly advise against dining there, as the combination of poor food, indifferent service, and unjust charges makes it a place to avoid...

We didn’t had a great experience at all first of all the food wasn’t great we ordered pasta and we realised that the sauce was off. Clearly we tried three of us and we could taste the same. We ask the waiters to check or change it but they didn’t like our complain and ignored us. The lentil soup was absolutely bland and the chicken so dry. When we asked for the bill they refused to remove the pasta that was left uneaten. 3 waiters came around the table to shout and forced us to pay the full bill. We felt unsafe, intimidated and uncomfortable. We had to pay and leave straightaway. It was an horrible experience there. I will not recommend...
