Pros ✅ Central location close to public transport, bars and restaurants Spacious shower Comfortable bed Smart TV Fridge Tea, coffee and water available

Cons ❌: No hangers in the bathroom, we couldn't hang towels anywhere Toilet was somehow too wide and as a skinny person I almost wasn't fitting Toilet wasn't flushing properly, the pressure was low and you need to keep pressing for water to come Power socket in the room was hidden and for the whole stay we charged our phones in the bathroom Lots of dirt under the bed The WiFi network was working but for some reason my phone kept suggesting to switch to another better network The towels were provided clean every day, but they smelled like bleach For the same price we paid, other hotels were offering breakfast, but not here The radiator could not be switched off and we had to sleep with open windows. The roads are always busy and noisy in Istanbul, so we couldn't sleep well. A working solution to the problem was provided 3 days later It would be nice to have something to hang outside of the door to say whether I would like the room to be cleaned or not. Being woken up by knocking and having to say not to enter is uncomfortable

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and made us feel at home from the very beginning. When we couldn’t get our flight tickets on time, they helped us extend our stay for two more nights, which really took away a lot of stress. The location is perfect —very strategic, just a short walk from Galata Tower and only about six minutes from the sea, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. The area is excellent and very safe; we always had dinner nearby and everything felt comfortable and calm. There are also several tram stations close to the hotel, which became our favorite way to move around and appreciate the city views. The place itself is clean, cozy, and peaceful. The owner even drove us to the airport and made sure we got there right on time. Honestly, everything was perfect. Thank you...

This hotel is a fraud, the room looks nothing like the description (the room is much smaller, the light is not clear, no space to even put a suitcase) and everything was broken (the attached pictures shows a broken restroom outlet, broken standing lamp, and it was a hole under the TV). I decided to not stay there and get the refund, the manager agreed to give me my money back and after I left and made another reservation elsewhere, he contacted me and told me the owner refused to approve the refund so I ended up paying for the same stay twice. I never had such an experience with a hotel and it is definitely not a four stars...
