A hidden gem on the left side of the entrance level of CVK Hotel.

We dined as a party of 4 Japanese Cuisine lovers. We started with Miso soup. It was pretty good and savory although it was in a small bowl keeping its originality.

We ordered seven or eight sushi rolls. One hot, and the rest cold. We liked them all except the hot one.

We didn’t like mochis very much, either.

The ambiance, level of details in table setup, the cleanliness of the restaurant met our high expectations.

Service quality was very high. The waiters were very professional and friendly at the same time.

Prices were very reasonable for a Japanese Restaurant in Istanbul. We paid like 1,000 TL pp. plus tax and service fee.

This is a really good place to eat sushi. But with a catch! A huge tip you won't know you are giving. 😱 The experience is very good: calm atmosphere, aesthetically pleasing interior, nice music. And most importantly, very tasty sushi. We ordered Philadelphia, California and Dragon rolls, all good quality. Served in a visually pleasant manner too. 10/10 would recommend. But!! They automatically charge you 20% service charge which you virtually cannot refuse and/or change because you are a foreigner and you don't even quite realise you are charged extra (they show you the final amount on the validator but not the tip options, like 5% / 10% / no tip, and it's in Turkish, ofc). I ordered vegetable noodles as a take-out. First, I waited for a long time until the waitress came back and asked me, if I had ordered Chicken Noodles. I corrected her. Then, after a couple minutes, the bag with my order arrived at my table. I just wanted to pay, then the waiter took away my order again. It seemed, they had it mixed up again.
