Janti Cooffee - Breakfast — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

We recently visited this shop as a family of four, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Being the first customers there, we were given the option to sit inside or outside. We chose inside to avoid the smokers' area outside. However, when a family of ten arrived, we were asked to move outside to accommodate them. Out of courtesy, we obliged without making a fuss.

The service started well; my Turkish breakfast and my son's Nutella toastie were served quickly. However, things took a turn for the worse when we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for two more Nutella toasties. Despite being the first to order, we watched as the larger group was served promptly while our children grew increasingly hungry and restless.

Repeated inquiries about our order were met with little concern as the larger group continued to enjoy their meals. This lack of attention to our smaller party was frustrating and disheartening.

While the food we did receive was satisfactory, the long wait times and poor handling of our order left much to be desired. Improvements in order management and customer prioritization, regardless of party size, would significantly enhance the dining experience. I hope the management takes these points into consideration to ensure better service for all customers...

Hate to leave bad comments just doing it might be helpful for others! Was looking for a high rate place to have my breakfast that i saw this place on google maps. The mid-age bald guy first told me we are busy loudly. I was trying to get connected to Wifi but it was written in lower case on the paper he gave me. After couple of times trying it didn’t work and he aggressively told me seat we don’t have paper menu. I told him how am i supposed to order when i don’t have internet then? He asked to get my phone by approaching me and did the pass with all capital. Just to save the time i asked him i want omelette and i sit on patio. This time he technically yelled at me “Sir go seat i’m coming on your seat!” I can understand rush hour for restaurants but clients is why you work somewhere/having a business for!

Food was normal too. I gave him 270tl he even didn’t ask for change (it was 261tl).

Really need to work on your first impression bcz no matter how many times you try to fix it or asking if you’re okay?(i was okay before meeting you!)

Oh boy, where do I begin with this café? If you're looking for an experience that's 99% water and 1% substance, this is your place. The orange juice had the refreshing taste of a rain puddle, and the eggs—well, let's just say they were pigeon-sized, probably laid by pigeons themselves.

The bread? Perfect if you're planning to start a pigeon-feeding business, but not so great if you're a human looking for breakfast. The chairs seemed like they were borrowed from a kindergarten craft session—cute for toddlers, not so much for adults.

It's a tourist trap, plain and simple, full of hostel dwellers who don't know any better. Prices are inflated to UK standards, and the rule that you can't buy breakfast for less than two people is a stroke of genius. Nothing says romance like being forced to buy breakfast for your imaginary friend.

And the music? A bizarre mix of Latin American hits that made me feel like I was at a very sad, very fake fiesta. Overall, a truly unique disaster of an experience. Avoid at all costs, unless...
