I ordered with some friends different plates from the restaurant, when the delivery guy arrived he went to the wrong place, and when we finally met him at the right place he asked me to pay for the taxi he took to deliver the order, for his fault of misunderstanding the right location at first by the way we sent him the location on Whatsapp. After refusing he tried to deal with us for an extra 20 tl, he stayed till we paid...

And now, about the food. Personally in my plate i found a hair, the food was cold, not as good as i thought, more bones than chicken. I couldn’t finish it when i noticed the hair, I knew it wasn’t mine because my hair are longer, the hair was like 2 or 3cm long..

In general, i am really disappointed by the service, the quality, the taste, and the behavior of the delivery man.

I will never order there again, if you want to order it’s at your own risk!

Okay so i wrote this review on top 1 hour ago and the restaurant contacted my friend who did the order, and as a need from the manager they asked my friend to give them my phone number to call me directly, which is so unprofessional. BUT the most unprofessional thing was that they literally told me that they will send me 2 free packs of the meal I ordered and right after they asked me to remove my review. I know you are reading that (to the manager), first of all stop calling and calling my friend and Google review is not only used for good reviews, you have to accept the mistakes and the bad reviews.
