Müz Botanik & Kahve — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Love the place. Love the coffee. Love the things. Not so much the customer service. I came in, with my girlfriend, to drop a lot of money on plants and pottery. But 10 minutes after we came in, as we were looking at everything, we were loudly asked to place our order. My Turkish is fine, it was not a misunderstanding. It was incredibly, incredibly rude. I replied, in Turkish, that we hadnt placed an order because i was still trying to choose what i wanted to buy. We decided to stay, order coffee, and i decided to purchase the fabulous pots/plants ive been eyeing for weeks. But i was incredibly dissapointed at the coldness of that member of your staff toward me. I cant understand why she would behave like this to a walk-in. I will be coming again. I have bonzais that need repotting. But i really suggest your staff take a look at the value of good customer service as part of your business model. A very special place amongst the chaotic streets in Istanbul. Hidden not far behind the big shopping street istikal you ll find this gem of a coffee place.

It's concept is unique, enjoy your coffee while being surrounded by beautiful, rare and special plants as well as beautyful pots. Tittipots especially.

The best iced latte that I found in the city. Even in cihangir you won't find a better one.

The atmosphere is great to work in or just chill outside in the shadow and enjoy the wind to cool you down.

Also you might enjoy some vegan cookies. Yes this place is great for vegans, since it has soya milk! Not a thing to expect in coffee places in Istanbul!

The staff is wonderful in general, helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I enjoyed the drinks I ordered especially my single shot latte! It was soooo good! The barista certainly knew what she was doing, the espresso shot was extracted right and also the milk was frothed perfectly, resulting in a perfectly balanced latte complete with a lovely latte art!!
