Yo, so this breakfast place that everyone's been raving about is alright, but it's nothing special. It's like any other breakfast you can get anywhere. The only thing that was cool was the traditional vibe and the table setting. But here's the thing, the staff totally tried to scam us! They were talking really fast and saying stuff like "free tea, juice, you want something like this?" and we thought the fresh juice was free, but it wasn't! They charged us for it on the bill! So, be careful and make sure you ask about the price of everything before you order. The eggs in the black pepper sauce were pretty good though. Overall, it was a decent experience and it wasn't too expensive - we paid 1200 lira for two people.

Amazing Breakfast Experience with Exceptional Service! We had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this wonderful spot in Istanbul, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was delicious, with a fantastic variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that truly captured the essence of Turkish cuisine. What made our visit even more special was the outstanding service from our server, Umut. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm hospitality added a personal touch that made our morning perfect. If you're in Istanbul, don’t miss this gem of a breakfast restaurant. And if you’re lucky enough to have Umut as your server, you’re in for a treat!

2023: Gotta balance the positive experiences with the negative one, so it was only time that I'd encounter a 1-2star place. First, it was a 10min wait, no acknowledgement from any of the staff whatsoever. Which was fine given how busy they were. I was that ignored that people basically just cut infont, were about to be seated but I spoke out to the staff member. She finally noticed me and sat me down. It was another 25mins before my order was taken, the place had died down by then. Upon my waiting, I noticed how much food waste there was here, because everyone's ordering the Breakfast option. On many tables to be cleared, there were so many untouched dishes. I too contemplated the Breakfast option, but wasn't sold, as it was mostly cold dishes, olives, spreads or simply chopped ingredients. I recommend ordering dishes that require a few steps of cooking. As previously mentioned, by a few others also, the service here is either the best or the worst. Not sure of what the determining factors are, but if you receive the later, you'll know. I didn't even receive any cutlery, so I knew where I sat. Every kebab shop I've visited had better service. Good on them on gaming the system, though, buying 5 star reviews with free coffee or similar incentives. Oh, and yes, the final nail of the coffin, they tack on a service charge to the bill. **

We have found that for whatever reason, a large number of really highly rated eateries in Istanbul have ratings that absolutely do not match the experience there. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is one of those places. Ridiculously overpriced (after visiting, we unfortunately discovered their Turkish breakfast is literally 150% more expensive than others nearby of even better quality - unfortunately this was the first place we went to and didn't know any better). Service perfunctory and unfriendly. I let them know I had a severe peanut allergy to which they confirmed they would remove the peanut butter dish - but lo and behold, the peanut butter was brought to our table. I'm just fortunate my husband spotted it prior to me trying it. The food itself wasn't great either - while they may look good in photos, a lot of the little dishes weren't tasty at all and of seemingly poor quality - and we left feeling unsatisfied. Retrospectively, we totally feel ripped off.

We looked up this place on google maps and decided to come here for breakfast. We ended up ordering the Anatolian Breakfast for two persons and we weren’t disappointed. The location is in a pretty busy district, but they managed to make you feel secluded from a lot of the chaos outside. Even though the personell were all over the place, making the customers happy, it wasn’t too hectic for a nice breakfast. The food was delicious and definitely hit the spot. I am usually worried about the portion size- especially when I didn’t eat for a while- but this time my worries were unjustified and I left the restaurant full and happy. I can recommend this place and hope you also have a great experience too.

I don't understand how this restaurant gets such good reviews. It's 1.5-2 times more expensive than tons of breakfast restaurants around it, but the service and food doesn't match this price. Today I ordered gözleme and Caesar salad, gözleme was fine, but the salad was a total disaster. Almost no cheese, untasty sauce and the most terrible — very bad meat. Every piece of meat looked like this, very fatty and cooked not the right way how it should be done for Sezar salata. And when the waiter was taking this salad from me, he saw that I almost didn't touch it, but he didn't ask if I liked it or not. So, the service is also disappointing. Spent 500 tl for nothing...
